Sfa Welding

General Description

1. Delta 90 SFA and Delta+ 90 XFA models provide head protection for welding and fabrication personnel working in extreme conditions, such as shipbuilding, heavy fabrication, mining and construction sites.
2. CWI Generation4 ™ Stainless Steel and Nickel Welding wire alloys can be used with many different joint styles and welding processes. Once the weld joint style, the filler material, and the process has been identified, a proper welding procedure can be identified.

The American Welding Society (AWS) publishes specifications for a wide variety of welding filler metals. These specifications are a series of rules and standards used by the welding industry to classify welding electrodes. The A5 group of specifications provides requirements for. ERNiCr-3 is used for Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) of Inconel 600, Inconel 601 and Inconel 690, Incoloy 800 and Incoloy 800HT.

Sfa Specification Welding

Dissimilar welding applications include joining Inconel alloys, Incoloy alloys and Incoloy 330 to nickel, Monel alloys, stainless steels and carbon steels. It is also used to join stainless steels to nickel alloys and carbon steels.
